Communications Mission Statement
The San Andreas Communications Department Mission Statement is to provide the very best level of service to the citizens of San Andreas by answering 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner and dispatching the appropriate response, we help save lives, protect property, and assist citizens in their time of need. The Communications Department is vitally important to the vision and values the WCRP Community. This Standard Operating Procedure will set out how we are committed to ensuring that communications from the WCRP Communications Department are consistent, coordinated, effectively managed and responsive to the diverse needs of our department.
